These films made in 2016 and 2017, explores how various aspects of urban agriculture, from home gardens to market gardens help transform the refugee camp and enrich the lives of the residents. The first focuses more on the development of home gardens in Domiz camp, Kurdistan, showing that gardens and gardening with or without food are an essential for many refugees as they transition into life as a refuge. Home gardens contribute to food production, place making and remembrance.
